Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PoultryPro Manager collects, why, and how it is stored and protected. PoultryPro Manager is the farmer-facing app of the PoultryPro system. Its companion app, PoultryPro Enterprise, is used by organisations that manage farmers and has its own policy. This policy covers PoultryPro Manager and the PoultryPro web portal at this address.

2. Information we collect

We collect what the app needs to run: your account credentials, the farm records you choose to enter, and basic diagnostic and advertising data. The app asks for no permissions beyond internet access: no camera, contacts, storage, location or microphone.

Account information

Email address and password (Firebase Authentication). Farmer name, phone, address and CNIC / national ID, entered by you if independent, or by your organisation if organisation-linked.

Farm and operational records

Stored on your device (Room database) and backed up to our servers: farm, house and flock structure, and the daily operations you log (feed, medicines, temperature, humidity, fan settings, brooder use, weekly weights, chick placement and sales, postmortem and vet-feedback notes, litter management, vaccination schedules), staff records (master data, daily attendance and wages), financial vouchers (expenses, income, payables, receivables, adjustments), inventory arrivals and returns, and electricity meter readings.

Diagnostic, usage and advertising data

• Crashlytics: stack traces, app version, device model and OS version, used only to fix bugs.
• Analytics and Performance: screens viewed, features used, session length, network response times.
• Google AdMob: advertising ID, ad impressions and clicks, and coarse device data, collected by Google to select and measure ads.

Reports

PDF reports are generated on your device from your own records and shared through your device's share sheet. We do not store generated PDFs on our servers.

3. The web portal

The PoultryPro web portal at poultry.khappscollection.com/app/ signs you in with the same Firebase Authentication account and reads the same Realtime Database records as the app. It keeps your sign-in session in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. It shows no ads and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

4. How we use this information

• Operate the app: authenticate you, keep your records saved, and back them up.
• Sync with your organisation: if you are organisation-linked, keep your records in step with what the organisation's team sees.
• Generate reports on your device from your own data.
• Maintain and improve the app using crash, performance and usage data.
• Show ads: PoultryPro Manager is free and supported by ads through Google AdMob.

5. Storage and security

Records are stored on your device and backed up to Firebase Realtime Database in a Firebase project operated by KH Apps Studio and shared with PoultryPro Enterprise. Credentials are handled by Firebase Authentication. Firestore is used only to look up an organisation link at login and holds no farm records. Data travels over HTTPS/TLS and is encrypted at rest by Google Cloud.

Firebase security rules enforce access: an independent farmer's data is readable and writable only by that farmer's signed-in account. An organisation-linked farmer's data is additionally accessible to that organisation's owner and team members. No other farmer or organisation can read it.

If you log out or switch accounts on a shared device, locally stored farm data is wiped from that device and restored from our servers the next time you sign in.

6. Advertising (Google AdMob)

PoultryPro Manager shows banner ads on most screens and occasional app-open ads. Ad selection and measurement are handled by Google. AdMob may use your advertising identifier and ad interaction data and, where permitted and consented, personalise ads. You can opt out of personalised ads or reset your advertising ID in Android Settings, Privacy, Ads. We do not knowingly show personalised ads to children. 7. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. Information goes only to the providers needed to run the app and, for organisation-linked farmers, to that organisation.

8. Retention

Records are kept while your account is active, on your device and in our backup. Records you delete in the app are removed from our database too, subject to normal backup delays. Crash, performance and analytics data follows Google's standard retention windows. Advertising data is governed by Google's AdMob practices.

9. Your rights and deletion

You can review, edit or delete most of your records in the app. To export or delete your account and all associated data, see Delete my data or email khappscollection@gmail.com. We verify requests come from the account holder and aim to finish within 30 days. If you are organisation-linked, deleting your PoultryPro Manager account does not delete the organisation's own copy of records it manages.

10. Children

PoultryPro Manager is a record-keeping tool for poultry farmers, is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

11. International processing

Because we use Firebase / Google Cloud and AdMob, data may be processed on servers outside your country under Google's contractual and technical safeguards.

12. Changes

If we make material changes we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, tell you in the app or by email.
